"El adquirir o comprar una casa es parte de las prioridades de una familia, especialmente cuando se tiene hijos a quienes debes darle un lugar donde puedan vivir y desarrollarse como personas. Pero el vender una casa donde pasastes parte de tu vida, lugar donde acumulastes tantas vivencias, lugar donde vistes crecer a tus hijas, lugar donde ellas se casaron y tuvieron familia y donde tus nietos aprendieron a caminar al lado de sus abuelos, no es una tarea tan fácil de decidir en dejar tu propia casa. En el caso de nosotros, me refiero junto a mi esposa, tuvimos que tomar la decisión de dejar nuestra casita, porque nos quedamos solos en tanto ambiente y ya pensábamos que parte de nuestra misión como padres habíamos cumplido, ahora era el momento de pensar en nosotros como pareja. Hace dos años iniciamos con averiguar cuál era la mejor opción en cuanto a la venta de nuestra casita, lamentablemente en ese entonces el valor de la propiedad no había alcanzado lo suficiente para hacer una venta que satisfaga nuestras expectativas. Afortunadamente, tuvimos la opción de contactarnos con Real State Agent Claudia and Associates, quienes a través de su equipo profesional pudimos concretar la venta a mediados de Octubre 2021, en condiciones satisfactorias.
