This home was loved and well kept by the same family for many years. The landscaping is mature and has been meticulously manicured for many years and it certainly shows.

We are replacing 10 windows with replacement windows. (a few are on order but have been delayed 3 weeks). The exterior siding will be power washed and re-painted white. and the sprinkler system for the yard and garden will be repaired. It is furnished water from an outside well, and costs no added expense on the water or sewer bill. The well is being serviced early September to insure its proper operation. It does not supply potable water to the home, (not designed to provide drinking water) so we will not be required to have the well water tested. Buyer may do so at their expense if they feel the need.
Over-all this home is really a very well kept property and with the upgrades and minor repairs and servicing we are completing it will be a great home for a lucky someone.
